Outfit | With a little help from my friends

Normally, I take my photos in my backyard because I'm too nervous/shy to go out in public and take photos, but today, I changed things up a bit. Well, a lot. I ventured out downtown with one of my closest friends and she took control of my camera for a bit. I didn't micromanage as much as I thought I would considering that my friend used to take photos of my friends and I when we were in middle school and the early years of high school. It wasn't easy to smile and just sort of relax but I tried. It was awkward though because occasionally people would walk by and sort of smile but in a way that said "Oh hey ANOTHER person getting their photos taken." Anyway, I really wish that downtown was closer. There are so many great places that would be fun to take photos at but driving downtown takes at least 15-20 minutes and sometimes, you just don't have time for that. But at least I got to enjoy a day/evening in downtown with good friends.

  1. What?! I can never believe it when I hear other fashion/style bloggers admit this! At first, I was shy by the looks of others during my random photo ops in public; but, after awhile, my confidence just kept growing & photoshoots are just a blast... my favorite part of the blogging process ;D You're so cute! Loving the booties!
